Vicki Willis
RDH
Vicki, a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, graduated from Northeast Louisiana University in 1976 with a BA in French and a minor in Math, and then received an AS in Dental Hygiene in 1977. After practicing for a year in Louisiana, she married and moved to Houston. Vicki has been a hygienist with our practice since 1978 and has cleaned the teeth of four generations of some families! She values the relationships and friendships she has developed with her patients over the years. She looks forward to making new friendships with new patients, helping them keep their mouths in optimal health.
Vicki loves watching sports in person or on TV. Her favorites are the Astros and the Longhorns! She enjoys dining out with friends and getting together for other events around town. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her grandchildren: baking, crafting, having sleepovers, going to movies and arcades, and attending all their MANY sporting events. Go ‘Stros and Hook ‘em Horns!
Dilly Narvaez

Dilly Narvaez is a native Houstonian and completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Houston. She received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Texas Dental School in 1996 and has been a part of the Post Oak Dental Team since that time.
Dilly is passionate about providing quality patient care and making sure her patients always feel comfortable by building trust and making long-term relationships with them.
When she isn’t working, Dilly and her husband, Jaime, enjoy spending quality time together and with their three kids. They enjoy traveling to Alabama to visit their sons in college and attending the University of Alabama football games. Roll Tide!
Huong Nguyen-Portmann
RDH
Huong is a highly trained preventive therapist with more than 33 years of private practice and clinical experience in the dental field. She started her career as a dental assistant and went on to graduate as a dental hygienist from the University of Texas Dental Branch in 1996.
Huong is passionate about her work and finds personal satisfaction and joy by treating, educating, and building lasting relationships with her patients. Her goal is to have patients that truly enjoy coming to the dentist. She is excited to be part of the Post Oak Dental team, where comprehensive dentistry is practiced at the highest level.
An immigrant from Vietnam in 1977, Huong settled with her family in Channelview. She has two teenage children, Camden and Connor, who attend Memorial High School, and she enjoys attending their soccer games and track meets. Huong enjoys spending time with her large, close-knit family and friends. She loves to cook and in her spare time, enjoys traveling and camping.
Laura Hang
RDA
Laura, our lead registered dental assistant, enjoys supporting the doctors and providing dental knowledge to her patients. She has been with Post Oak Dental for more than 14 years.
Laura emigrated with her family from Cambodia when she was just a young girl and loves spending time with her extended family. She’s the proud mother of a recent law school graduate!
Lynn McClendon
RDA
Lynn brings more than 25 years of experience as a registered dental assistant to our team. Her career commitment and passion for dentistry are shown in her ability to connect with patients and help them feel comfortable throughout their treatment. At Post Oak Dental, she feels the same passion for patient care that she values.
Lynn and her husband have two Texas Blue Lacy dogs who keep them active, along with their large, blended family. She loves sports and she and her husband are season ticket holders to both the Houston Texans and the Astros. Each year, both volunteer time on various committees for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Renata Barbosa Santangelo

Renata, a registered dental assistant, is from Brazil where she was a dentist and endodontist for 12 years. She loves all aspects of dentistry and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Her favorite things about working at Post Oak Dental are the family atmosphere and the state-of-the-art techniques employed to help patients get the best possible care.
Leslie Devillier
Practice Manager
Another native Houstonian, Leslie brings more than 40 years of marketing, public relations, and non-profit business experience to our practice. No stranger to a dental office (her father was a Houston dentist), as our practice manager, Leslie meets with our vendors, handles marketing, purchasing, and various special projects to keep our office moving forward.
As empty nesters, Leslie and her husband love traveling the highways and byways of Texas. She enjoys reading, cooking, hiking, and camping, and is an active community volunteer with the Salvation Army and the Houston BARC Foundation.
Pam Valenti
Front Office
Born and raised in the Houston area, Pam began her dental career as an assistant and after 20 years working chairside, moved into an administrative position. At Post Oak Dental, she loves working with people and helping them to understand their dental insurance and financial obligation, and most of all, working with a great team.
Pam has three grown children, two wonderful daughters-in-love, and three beautiful grandchildren that she loves spending time with and are her world! Pam and her partner are very active with Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo every year. She loves the beach, traveling, spending time with family, singing, and dancing. Oh, and we can’t forget baseball! Go Astros!!
Aiysha Jeffrey
Aiysha is originally from London, England and immigrated to Miami 22 years ago. She recently moved to Houston and is enjoying it very much. She has over 18 years of experience in customer service and has worked in the dental industry for more than six years. She earned her Associate’s in Applied Science in the UK where she graduated with distinction. What she enjoys most about her position at Post Oak Dental is meeting new people, interacting with them, and being able to help the patients.
Outside of work, Aiysha’s passion is cooking for the people she loves, movies, swimming, trying new foods, and spending time with her daughter and family.
